What we store: your email, name and the data you enter (meals, weight, activity, goals).

What it's for: only to power your diary, progress and program. We never sell or share your data.

Security: hashed passwords and an HTTPS connection.

AI (Pina): the text you type to estimate meals and activities is sent to the AI service (xAI) only for the calculation.

Your rights: you can edit or delete your account and data anytime from your Profile.
